Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (Movement of Students in Pakistan), or TTP, is a Sunni Islamist and pro-Pashtun movement and was formed by al-Qāʿidah-allied tribal militants under the leadership of Baitullah Mehsud in 2007.
