Malorussian Liberation Army: Ukrainian Anti-Kyiv Militia or Russian Psy-Op?

In recent weeks, an organization called the Malorussian Liberation Army (using the acronym MOA) emerged and appeared on Telegram, Twitter, Instagram, and VK, and also rolled out a website. MOA is presented as a response to the Ukraine-backed Russian Volunteer Corps and Freedom of Russia Legion. MOA claims to be a group of Ukrainian dissidents who defected from the military and are now fighting alongside Russia.
