ISKP Sets Sights on Europe and Sporting Events in New Propaganda Campaign
On the heels of a successful attack against a Moscow concert hall, killing at least 140 people and injuring 150 more, the Islamic State media apparatus has been naming upcoming European events as the next target in its propaganda.
With a series of major international events scheduled to take place, various European cities and locations are being named where the organization asks its supporters to carry out lone-actor attacks. Moreover, These actors are providing tactical and target selection advice while listing weapons options.
