Al-Shabaab Showcases Weapons Arsenal in 'Sheikh Usama Bin Laden Military Academy'

Al-Qaeda's sub-group operating in Somalia, 'Al-Shabaab', published a video of militants training at the Sheikh ‘Usama Bin Laden Military Academy’ on June 18.

Many of the militants use 7.62x39mm caliber Chinese Type 56-2 (side-folding) and Type 56-1 (underfolding) assault rifles.
